About Richard Stark
Mr. Stark obtained his undergraduate degree from Murray State University in Kentucky. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Atlanta Law School in 1975. After graduation from law school, he immediately obtained admission to the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Stark then had the honor of serving as Assistant Solicitor General in the State Court of Fulton County from 1976-1980. During his tenure, he successfully tried numerous criminal prosecutions. From 1981 to the present, Mr. Stark has been engaged in the private practice of law. His practice is focused primarily on personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from automobile collisions, unsafe premises and defective products. In addition to State, Superior and Supreme Courts of Georgia, Mr. Stark has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts, and United States Courts of Appeal for the Eleventh and Fifth Circuits and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, The Brain Injury Association of Georgia, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and The American Bar Association.
